Ric Pratte
Ric Pratte – CEO
Ric Pratte has been building businesses for the past 23 years. His previous company, Campagne Associates, developed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to help non-profit organizations increase their fund raising activities. Over 3,000 nonprofits throughout North America used Campagne Associates software and services. In 2006, Campagne was purchased by Blackbaud, Inc., a publicly-traded company based in Charleston, SC. Ric, the father of two and an avid skier and backpacker, devotes time and energy to numerous nonprofits, including Girls, Inc., the Boy Scouts, and a local performing arts center.

James St. Jean
James St. Jean – CTO
James St. Jean has worked in the CRM sector for the past 15 years at a variety of startups and public software companies. During that time, he built and delivered enterprise applications to some of largest consumer companies in the world. Jim was previously a senior executive at Chordiant Software Inc., a public CRM company, where he worked for 8 years in a variety of roles including Chief Technology Officer and VP, Worldwide Engineering. In addition to founding or co-founding 2 prior software start-ups, Jim was also VP and Chief Architect for the Vantive Corporation, a leading CRM company that was acquired by PeopleSoft in 1997. When not building companies or spending time with family, Jim can be found climbing and mountain biking.

Margaret Donnelly
Margaret Donnelly – VP Marketing and Business Development
Margaret Donnelly has over 25 years of technology marketing and business development experience in the telecommunications, services, and computer hardware and software industries at companies such as Firetide, ArrayComm, SkyTel, Commtouch and Pyramid Technology. Margaret co-founded the Personal Broadband Industry Association and has served as an industry analyst and marketing advisor for a diverse set of businesses. A recent transplant from Silicon Valley, Margaret has survived her first New England winter and is active in the local arts community.

Mat Pierson
Matt Pierson – Chairman
Matt Pierson is currently the Chairman of the New Hampshire High Technology Council. In 1996 he co-founded DTC Communications, a leading communications equipment manufacturer. Matt and his partners sold DTC to a UK based defense firm in 2004, after growing revenues to $30 million annually. When not working on JitterJam, Matt can be found on the decks of the MV EXPLORER, the floating campus of the Semester at Sea program, where he serves as a trustee.
