Charges

Opt-in and Opt-out

You will generally opt-in to this program using the communication preferences page provided by us on behalf of an individual company. You may also be able to opt-in using a text message, as instructed by the individual company. You can opt-out of all JitterJam programs at anytime by texting JIT STOP to 878787. A confirmation message will be sent back to you.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary by company and the number of companies you opt-in to receive messages from, and will typically be in the range of 1-2 messages per week per company.

In addition to your mobile number, you have the option to provide us with additional contact methods.

JitterJam will never rent, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers (and optional email addresses and other contact information) to an outside third party. We do make available the list of subscribers phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other contact information to the businesses to whom you've signed-up to (OPTED IN) receive JitterJam text messages and similiar communications from. Businesses that use the JitterJam service agree to abide by strict anti-spam policies.
