Jitterater Plus enables you to expand the depth of information on the contacts in your JitterJam database. Jitterater Plus uses premium data sources to help you acquire location, demographic and interest information on your contacts so you can quickly develop your database and drive deeper engagement with your current and potential customers.

Jitterater Plus Packages

We have three different Jitterater Plus packages to match your needs. Each successive package provides a greater depth of information that you can apply to your JitterJam contact database, enabling you to better target your desired customer segments and identify contacts that are most likely to engage with your brand.

• Core Demographics. Use basic segmentation criteria to identify your target customers and create messaging that resonates with each segment. Location information can provide you with critical data to target specific contacts for local and regional campaigns.
• Interests & Influencers. Take your contacts to a new level by understanding what your contacts like and how likely they are to influence others. The independent external influence rating enhances and supplements JitterJam’s Jitterater social ranking.
• Detailed Demographics. Use detailed demographics to select narrow target segments of your database for specific campaigns and promotions. Make your messages resonate with your target markets.

Manually apply Jitterater Plus to individuals, to select groups of contacts, and even to contacts you import. Automatically apply Jitterater Plus to all new contacts. Automatically run periodic updates to keep your data fresh. You determine how you’d like to apply Jitterater Plus across your JitterJam database—and control the costs associated with accessing this premium data.

Enhance Jitterater Social Ratings

JitterJam’s core Jitterater™ social rating engine provides insight and analysis on your existing social contacts. Jitterater considers the social identities and profiles that are associated with a single contact and rates that contact based upon reach and activity. By augmenting your social contact information with demographics, interests and additional influence data, Jitterater Plus enables you to more readily identify your most promising influencers, advocates and customers.
 
Each Jitterater Plus package is available as an extension of core JitterJam services. Jitterater Plus Basic is available at a low monthly cost. Standard and Premium packages are priced at a low monthly cost plus a per-transaction fee for each contact analyzed. Jitterater Plus Premium will be available in early 2011.

Sentiment Analysis

JitterJam’s sentiment analysis capabilities enable you to determine the overall sentiment trends for conversations surrounding your brand as well as quickly determine the sentiment of each conversations found as a result of your brand’s social searches. Sentiment Analysis is embedded into three core capabilities of the JitterJam Social CRM platform—in the conversations that you’re evaluating (Listen•Engage), in the social profiles of your contacts (Develop), and in the overall analysis of your results over time (Measure).

• Sentiment Across Conversations. Enable Sentiment Analysis for any of your JitterJam Social Searches, and each conversation found will be evaluated and scored. You can even sort your search results by sentiment score. Narrowing your search results will enable you to hone in on sentiment by influencers, by specific keywords and more! Conversations that fall below your defined “negative” threshold are automatically placed in your “Hot List” so you can address potentially damaging conversations right away. Sentiment Analysis is most valuable for brand-related searches as well as searches for conversations about competitors.

  Sentiment by Contact. Each JitterJam social profile holds a history of the conversations authored by the contact and found in JitterJam social searches. Any conversations found in sentiment-enabled social searches are also tracked in the sentiment trend for that contact over time. You can easily see how each contact’s conversation about you changes over time and view the exact conversations about your brand that were positive, negative or neutral.
• Sentiment Over Time. Do you want to know if the sentiment about your brand has changed over the last weeks or months? JitterJam tracks overall sentiment over time so you can see if the trend in conversations about your brand is positive, negative or neutral. With a single click, you can drill into the data from the Trend graph and see the conversations that contributed to the conversation sentiment for a specific day. JitterJam makes it easy!
