Jitterater™ Social Rating Engine

Jitterater helps businesses and brands immediately identify key influencers within their JitterJam contact database and and across all conversations found through JitterJam’s powerful social searches. Jitterater estimates the influence and reach of individuals and assigns a numeric "rank" (from 0 to 10) for each person. Enhanced Make Me Happy™ Permission Marketing

JitterJam’s Make Me Happy™ permission marketing system enables your business or brand to ask your consumer contacts to opt-in to marketing messages—and more. Using Make Me Happy, you can ask consumers to specify multiple preferred contact channels and addresses and their preferred communications frequency per channel. You also ask consumers to provide additional demographic data and what kind of information they’d like to receive. Make Me Happy enables consumers to define the rules of engagement with your brand and enables you to ensure they are receiving just the information they desire. What could be better? New features, of course!

JitterJam has enhanced the Make Me Happy system in two ways:

Multiple Make Me Happy Configurations

Do you want to have a customized Make Me Happy permission marketing form for your Facebook page? Do you need a unique form for a contest? Do you want to automatically and uniquely tag each contact that opts-in by the source channel or campaign? We can do it! JitterJam’s enhanced Make Me Happy system enables you to create multiple unique permission configurations, each with different fields, topics, design elements and logos, etc. Now you can tailor your opt-in form to your unique circumstance and track the results!

Make Me Happy Campaign Wizard

Even if you have your Make Me Happy forms linked from your website, embedded into your Facebook page or linked from your newsletters, you might want to reach out to new or existing contacts and ask them for their permission to receive communications from you. We’ve made it easy to select specific groups of contacts and give them the opportunity to drive the rules of engagement through a Make Me Happy campaign wizard. Using the same standard interface of our communications wizard, you can now target these campaigns to specific segments in your database and use the unique Make Me Happy configuration you created for that segment or campaign. You can also send individuals Make Me Happy requests right from the database contact list.

Streamlined User Interface

JitterJam has a new, streamlined user interface that includes the following new features:

Pop-Up Sub Navigation. Hover over a major function and all the sub-navigation tabs are available without a click. Go directly to the page you want.
Hot List and New Listen•Engage Views. We’ve provided new views into your social search results to make it easier to access the results you want. The Hot List brings direct communications, potentially damaging conversations, and comments by key influencers to the forefront—the items you need to immediately address. Other views allow you easily access comments by your contacts, your To Do list and more.
New Database Views. We’ve also created new views of your consumer database in the Develop function. Immediately access your list of influencers, those who have opted-in to your communications, new contacts and more. You can still easily create custom views. We’ve just made the most popular views available to you with a click of the mouse!
Full-Width Layouts. Social search results and contact database lists have now been expanded to the full width of the active screen. This enables you to view more information about a single communication or contact. You can easily expand and contract the selection criteria for each function to refine your results with just one click!

Enhanced Metrics

We’ve added new metrics and new features within the Measure function to help you understand the impact of your efforts. These enhancements include:

Reach and Impressions. We’ve added Jitterater data to each of your communications. You will now see distribution, potential impressions and engagement (clicks) for each message you send.
Sharing Trends. Want to know who shared your Tweet or Facebook update? We’ll show you!
More Buzz. We’ve added more metrics surrounding buzz. See the volume over time by social search, by channel and by topic.
Share the Love. If you haven’t noticed, you can easily print, download and share your charts. Right-clicking rules!

YouTube and More!

There’s so much more happening in JitterJam 2.0, including:

YouTube. We’ve added YouTube as a channel! Now your social searches can return results from YouTube videos just like those for Twitter, Facebook, blogs, FriendFeed, email lists and more.
Additional Contact Points. We’ve made it easier to find and add information about a new contact. We search for public data about a contact and allow you to import that data into the contact record. Learn more about your contacts with JitterJam.
Twitter Favorites. Now mark a tweet found in a social search as a favorite in JitterJam and on Twitter with a single click!
