New JitterJam Campaigns Feature

Do you want to view and compare the results from a logical group of messages? Would you like to see aggregate engagement data for all those messages—clicks, most engaged contacts, impressions and more? JitterJam’s new Campaigns feature makes this all possible!
 It’s easy to use Campaigns in JitterJam. Associate an outbound message (created through the Promote function) to a Campaign using the drop-down menu. Next to that menu, you’ll see Manage Campaigns link that allows you to define new (or manage existing) Campaign titles and descriptions.
While the Campaigns function is named for the ability to measure the results of a specific marketing campaign, you can use the capability in any way that makes sense to you and your business. For instance, would you like to see how your fun content links are engaging your audience? Create a "Fun Content" Campaign and assign all your relevant content to that Campaign. You can evaluate how this type of content is resonating with your social contacts, which contacts are most engaged, and so much more!

Foursquare Engagement
JitterJam customers are developing social profiles and engaging the people who are checking in to their location(s) via Foursquare. When a consumer checks in to one of your business’ locations, a JitterJam Social Search can pick up the public "shout out" on Twitter. You can then choose your next action—follow them on Twitter for the first "light touch" engagement, thank them for visiting your business, or just add them to your database to start collecting intelligence before your initial outreach. JitterJam helps you close the loop on Foursquare visitors and draw them closer to your business.
Tracking Cross-Media Results
Have you had a desire to track a consumer from initial source to advocacy? Some of our customers are using JitterJam’s Make Me Happy™ permission marketing system to track the sources of customer engagement with their brand as an actual measure of results from online advertising and marketing campaigns as well as long-term customer lifetime value from each source! Find out how many people are clicking through on a banner ad by using a jit.ly link to track the clicks! Measure how many people then engage with the brand by filling out the Make Me Happy form. Use the capabilities of the Make Me Happy form to tag each source with a unique identifier. You’ll be able to measure traffic, engagement and activity for each source, channel and individual!

JitterJam Named to ZDNet CRM Watch List
 We’re proud to announce that JitterJam was recently named to ZDNet’s 2011 CRM Watch List! by Paul Greenberg, CRM strategist, consultant and author. JitterJam’s relatively recent launch in March 2010 and its explosion into the Social CRM and Marketing spaces have made a noticeable market impact. According to Greenberg’s article, “JitterJam came out of the blue to make the list this year. They weren’t even on my radar in January 2010.”
Greenberg goes on to write that JitterJam has “a social marketing product portfolio that genuinely shows both thought behind it and apparently delivers on what it provides . . . this is what social marketing needs to look like.”
