Which Plan Should You Choose?

JitterJam offers four core plans to fit your business’ size and needs. Pick a plan that suits you today. You can always upgrade to another plan as you grow your social presence and your JitterJam database.

JitterJam pricing plans are based upon two key elements: number of Social Contact Points and number of Social Searches.

• Social Contact Points. A Social Contact Point is a single contact address–a Twitter ID, an email address, a mobile phone number, a Facebook ID, etc. A single person may have multiple Social Contact Points. JitterJam automatically imports your contacts from Twitter (friends and followers) and Facebook (fans who have commented on your wall) on an ongoing basis; each one of these counts as a Social Contact Points. Any email addresses your customer adds when signing up for your promotions or newsletters, any mobile numbers you might collect for promotions, etc. each count towards your total Social Contact Points. JitterJam offers a one-time exclusion of the email addresses you import from your email marketing lists from the Social Contact Point count to encourage you to upload your existing email lists into your JitterJam account. The number of email contacts you upload will be excluded from your Social Contact Point count for the duration of your service subscription with JitterJam.

• Social Searches. A Social Search is the set of criteria that JitterJam uses to scan the real-time web to gather relevant conversations. Social search results are the individual conversations that show you what people are saying about your company, your brand and your market and allow you to begin engaging those people in meaningful dialogue with your company.
